The shell is composed of a mixture of cold-formed thin steel profiles. The side panels on both sides are our factory's unique double-layer hollow structure, which effectively prevents high-temperature gases or open flames from directly entering the interior of the bus duct through tight hollowing. The surface of the busbar trunking shell is galvanized and sprayed with fireproof coating (when exposed to fire, the coating can quickly expand at a geometric speed on the surface of the busbar, forming a dense carbonized insulation layer, sealing all gaps in the busbar shell, and preventing high temperatures from directly entering the inside of the busbar).

KLD-GM series common box busbar trunking system
The KLD-GM three-phase common box busbar system shell is made of aluminum alloy or weak magnetic steel plate (stainless steel), and the internal conductor is rectangular or slot shaped busbar (copper or aluminum). The system has a rated current of 6300A and a rated working voltage of 35kV. This system can be widely used for current transmission between generator output lines and transformers, or between transformers and high-voltage distribution. It can also be applied to AC and DC excitation circuits of generators, power supply leads for substations or other industrial and civilian facilities.

The conductor is selected based on the GB5585.2-3 standard and uses high-quality 6063F aluminum bars as the conductive material. The purity of the aluminum bars is ≥ 99.50%. The surface of the conductor is treated with copper plating and then tin plating, with a coating thickness>; 5 μ m further enhances the anti-corrosion capability of the conductor connection and the entire busbar system, thereby further increasing the current carrying capacity of the aluminum busbar.
